- Remove heavy metals from waste streams to meet city and state guidelines. Common uses include deburring waters, rinse waters, mop waters, and water-soluble paints and coolants.
- The process is chemical precipitation. It drives a chemical and physical dissolution of heavy metals out of your wastewater.
- All chemicals are safe to the user. Choose economical filter paper or a high-volume filter press. Sludge is disposed of using a convenient filter bag. Recycle the water to cut water costs, or sewer the processed water.
- All systems are constructed of 304 stainless steel for durability. Machines larger than the 55 gallon unit are semi-automatic and need about 5 minutes of operator time per hour thanks to electronically friendly controls. Low maintenance and a space-saving footprint make each system easy to fit into a production loop.
- Available for sale or rental, with a continuous warranty and technical support. The batch system handles up to 250 gallons per hour.
